Brick + Laurel rents by the hour or by the day, with a short list of extras on top. Every figure below is what you will actually be quoted when you call, not a starting estimate that grows once you ask questions.

Pricing questions hosts ask first

Hourly bookings have a 4 hour minimum, at $149 an hour, in either the daytime slot (8am to 4pm) or the evening slot (5pm to 12am).

The daytime slot runs 8am to 4pm and the evening slot runs 5pm to 12am. Both are billed at the same hourly rate with the same 4 hour minimum.

All Day Access runs 8am to 12am for $2,200 and includes Dining Tables (4) and Chairs (45), so you are not renting those separately on top of it.
