The room

One warehouse room, dressed for your event

Whitewashed walls, exposed brick and timber trusses meet macrame, string lights and dark wood tables. Big sliding barn doors open the room to natural light during the day, then it settles into string lights and a warmer, moodier feel once the sun goes down. It reads rustic and a little boho without any styling from you, and hosts describe it as spacious yet cozy and intimate all at once, big enough for a real party and small enough to still feel like a room, not a hall.

Capacity

15 to 50 guests, with table seating for around 40 and belly up tables for the rest.

What's included

The chalkboard, the bar area and the grazing table come with every booking, along with a full sized fridge and a large sink for prepping flowers.

Rentals

4 dining tables and 45 chairs for $150, and a custom 3 color balloon arch for $250.

Vendor policy

Open. Bring your own caterer, baker, florist and decor, no required vendor list.
